Celebrate Alberta Beer Week! #ABBeerWeek

Alberta Beer Week is Friday, October 18 to Saturday, October 26! This annual province-wide celebration highlights all the amazing indie brewers we have in the province. It's a perfect opportunity to try beer from new and unfamiliar local breweries. So come check out our stash of beer in downtown's largest cooler and kick back this weekend to new and delicious flavours!

Need a recommendation? Here are a few to start....

Siding 14 Switchpoint Honey Cream Ale (Ponoka, Alberta) 5.3% ABV, 17 IBU

This awesome beer has a creamy mouthfeel and a touch of sweetness, while still maintaining the light crispness of an easy drinking beer.  Earthy floral notes - from the hops and Alberta honey.

Brewster's Brewing River City Raspberry Ale (Calgary, Alberta)

5% ABV, 15 IBU

River City Raspberry Ale starts with Brewster's already delicious Blonde Ale, but it adds 100% raspberry puree to add a tart fruity tang. If you haven't tried a fruit beer yet - you're in for a treat!

Blindman Brewing River Session Ale (Lacombe, Alberta) 4.4% ABV, 26 IBU

A medium-dry ale with notes of citrus and tropical fruit, and a lower alcohol content for easy sipping.
