One of the most verstaile beverages sake shares similar characteristics with wine and beer - complexity, drinkability and elegance to name a few. It is not all sake-bombs and small cups over-heated in a restaurant.
Mariko will go over the various styles of sake, how they are made, the complex flavour profiles and how we get the delicious finished product in our glasses.
Six Japanese sakes will be tasted from a varity of regions and producers:
Taiheizan Nigori
Hakkaisan Tokubetsu Honjozo
Kozaemon Goddess of Sake Junmai
Nagai Super Dry Junmai
Jikon Tokubetsu Junmai
Kozaemon Umeshu
Don't miss out on this opportunity to delve into the wonderful world of sake!
